As a Marketing Manager Alicia introduced a social media strategy which increased mailing list by 100%, FB engagement 50%, Twitter 25%. She created impactful design and marketing that developed relationships with core funders and media partners such as Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, Arts Council England & Wellcome Trust; and increased turnaround times and capacity of budget by 1/3rd. She produced a series of documentary films about the org, as well as radio, press and other TV appearances.
